eLearning Development
How to Recommend the Perfect Beer
This eLearning module teaches restaurant and bar employees the science of brewing beer to support more informed beverage recommendations and improve customer service. Developed as an individual, semester-long project using the Dick and Carey model, the course draws on my restaurant experience and aims to give learners practical insights they can apply in their day-to-day roles.
DAVID Training
This eLearning course, created for the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, introduces child welfare professionals to the Driver and Vehicle Information Database (DAVID). The training focuses on essential features, policies, and user requirements, using a clear, concise, and engaging design tailored for adult learners.
Customer Service Skills
This eLearning course enhances the customer service and relationship-building skills of child protective investigators and child welfare professionals. Unlike traditional, retail-focused customer service training, this course is tailored to the real conversations, challenges, and field situations these professionals face, providing skills they can immediately apply.
Trainer Guide
Child Maltreatment Prevention - Trainer Guide
This Train-the-Trainer curriculum was developed for professionally mandated reporters to help them recognize behavioral signs of child maltreatment and understand the proper steps for reporting to the Florida Child Abuse Hotline. The materials were designed to be colorful, easy to follow, and structured so trainers can deliver the content effectively, even with minimal prior knowledge of the subject matter.
Child Maltreatment Prevention - Participant Guide
The materials include clear facilitator prompts, scenario-based practice, and structured learning activities aligned to the session’s performance objectives. The design emphasizes learner engagement, transfer of skills to the field, and trauma-informed training principles.

Storyboard - Artificial Intelligence
While serving as a Course Review Specialist at Nexford University, I created this storyboard in partnership with a Subject Matter Expert and the Senior Instructional Design Manager for a Master’s-level eLearning course on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics. Using an outcome-aligned instructional design approach, the storyboard maps the course’s learning goals, performance objectives, content sequencing, and assessment strategy.
It also includes scripted narration, interaction cues, and developer notes for Articulate Rise to support a smooth handoff into the production phase.
