I am an Instructional Designer with 7.5 years of experience designing engaging, learner-centered training solutions across higher education, federal and state government, healthcare, and business-to-business distribution environments. Throughout my career, I have partnered with subject matter experts, business leaders, and frontline employees to develop learning experiences that drive performance, support organizational goals, and empower employees to succeed in their roles.
My expertise lies in transforming complex information—including compliance requirements, operational processes, and technical concepts—into clear, accessible, and interactive learning experiences. I specialize in creating eLearning solutions using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure training is both effective and engaging.
Having worked primarily with frontline audiences, I understand the importance of designing practical, user-focused learning that respects learners' time while building the knowledge and confidence they need to perform at their best.
